The bimini top is crafted from premium marine-grade Sunbrella® fabric and sewn with Tenara® PTFE thread, ensuring maximum durability against UV exposure, moisture, and harsh marine conditions. The side enclosures are constructed using matching Sunbrella® fabric combined with 40-gauge Strataglass™—a pressed, polished, and coated PVC window material known for its clarity and strength. Strataglass features a VueShield™ scratch-resistant coating, blocks 70% of UVA rays and 100% of UVB rays, and includes an anti-glare additive that enhances visibility even in bright or low-light conditions. During installation, Seamstick double-sided tape is used to secure the window material before sewing, allowing for clean, accurate stitching and precise trimming.
