These images showcase our meticulous fabrication and precise installation of a custom cover for a four-person pedal boat. Due to the boat’s unique shape, which incorporated protruding pedals and a central paddle, achieving a precise, tailored fit was crucial. The cover was carefully patterned to contour around these features, ensuring full protection and ease of use. Plastic reinforcement plates were sewn into the connection points where the boat meets the docking hardware, adding strength and durability to high-stress areas. Constructed from marine-grade Sunbrella® fabric and stitched with Tenara® PTFE thread, the cover offers long-lasting resistance to UV rays, moisture, and constant movement. These photos showcase the craftsmanship, material quality, and attention to detail that go into every custom marine project.
